Sales is not my fortay. I will be blatantly honest. I’m much more of a “Provide great experience” kind of woman, and while I like it that way when it comes to sales I just don’t see myself as being good at it, I’m not confident about it, and it’s definitely a weakness in my eyes but, hey we are our own worst critics so, maybe I’m over thinking this because, I’m notorious for that too but, really – Great Customer Experience – that puts me ahead of many others according to many of the clients that come to me for services, and while I love the fact that my clients value me, and take notice in everything that I do for them all to often I see clients not offering sales, promotions, and coupons to give reason to their customers to want to hit the go ahead button, and purchase right then, and there or, better yet, buy in bulk still making you the sales agent or, small business more money than you normally would.
Coupons and promotional material isn’t difficult to design. They are actually extremely easy as a matter of fact. The larger question is, is what kind of promotional package can you offer? And how effective are coupons? What’s the ROI of coupons?

Statistics show that 41.7% of American’s make purchase decisions based on coupons in hand and offered. Therefore, when a target market customer sees that your business is offering a promotion, special, coupon or, discount on your services they are 41.7% more likely to go ahead and make the purchase. Similarly with such short attention spans and due to our keep scrolling society small businesses need to make their promotional material eye catching, attention gaining, and long lasting all at the same time. What’s the value behind your promotion, what can one expect? How long is the promotion for? Are there terms and conditions? These are all questions consumers will ask in any given market so, if you are an online retailer or online seller of either products or, services – have those terms and conditions listed in a blog post or, web page that specifically outlines the specials, and details them out fully.
