Social Media Strategies – Facebook Tip Of The Day

Tip Of The Day

Social Media Strategies confuse a lot of clients that come to me.  It’s no wonder why though with Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+, and Pinterest offering new features so frequently.

It’s hard to keep up.

Today – Let’s talk a little bit about one of the newer features.

The Facebook Call Feature:

Facebook has recently integrated a call now feature on their platform.  For Real Estate Agents this is an amazing leverage, and lead generation tool because when you post listings to your facebook page guess what will happen? A potential home buyer sees your listing come through, they have interest in the property and what are they going to want to do if they are interested – schedule a showing appointment – right?

I’m thinking like a buyer here which is important in this industry – think like your target client – that buyer if they are truly interested is going to want to contact you immediately to schedule a showing appointment, and Facebook’s Call now feature gives immediate opportunity to do this.

To set up this feature go to your business page, click add button, and then select the call now button from the menu of available buttons to add.

Type in your phone number, and you’ll be all set.

There you have it Real Estate Agents – another Facebook Feature that works to your benefit – and that’s your EmBeWrites.Com Social Media Tip of the day.

Do you already have experience using the facebook call now button?  Has it helped leverage leads?  Has it worked in collaboration with promoting your listings on facebook?

We’d love to hear about your experience.   Let’s discuss below.
